Our client, an established law firm is seeking a motivated and personable lawyer to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, particularly motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall matters, with experience independently managing files from inception to resolution. Familiarity with the Insurance Act, accident benefits, and tort law is preferred, while experience in employment law and general liability will also be considered. This opportunity is well suited to a confident, organized, and accountable professional who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
