Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, carrier bookings, freight costs, tracking, customs processes, and transportation documentation. Communicate delivery updates and resolve shipment or billing issues while supporting logistics process improvements and performance reporting.
Requirements
Requires 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution, along with experience coordinating carriers and LTL, courier, and truckload shipments. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills; ERP experience and knowledge of Canadian and U.S. shipping requirements are expected, while System21 and customs experience are assets.
