At least 2 years of HVAC or home-services industry experience (required).

Proficiency with CRM systems, digital dispatch/scheduling tools and spreadsheets.

Clear communication, judgment under pressure and strong follow-through.

Availability for evening shifts, weekends and on-call rotations as required.

Experience coordinating field technicians, service agreements or installation schedules is valuable.

WHY MAPLE AIR

Our values define the role: Serving People Before Industry means customers feel looked after; Choosing Legacy Over Transactions means we earn trust with every update; Operating as One Team, One Purpose means dispatch, technicians and installers work together; Owning Our Work With No Shortcuts means promises and follow-ups are completed; Growing With Purpose and Intention means we improve systems rather than accepting recurring problems. You'll have meaningful responsibility within an established, growing operations team.
