K2 Commercial Group, the commercial division of K2 Real Estate Group, is not simply looking to hire another agent. We are looking for an experienced commercial real estate professional who sees the potential to build something together. For those who have built their own network and reputation but see more that could be done with the right team behind them, this is an opportunity worth a conversation. *About the Opportunity* This is not a traditional employment posting. The right person is a commercial salesperson or broker who already knows the market, has client relationships, and wants a collaborative environment to grow in rather than working alone. K2 Commercial Group serves small to medium-sized investors, groups, and organizations across the GTA and surrounding markets, with a focus on Investment Properties, Industrial, Leasing, and Medical Spaces. We are not a traditional brokerage team. The team has momentum, a solid foundation, and a clear interest in expanding its commercial business, and we want the right person to build the next stage with us. *What We Hope to Build Together* * A shared pipeline, with referrals, introductions, and opportunities flowing in both directions * Expanded client relationships, drawing on the networks and strengths of everyone involved * New business generated through combined prospecting, market presence, and reputation * A team environment where knowledge, resources, and ideas are shared openly * Larger and more varied assignments than any one person might take on alone * A long-term working relationship, with potential partnership opportunities for the right person The best partnerships come from complementary strengths. The conversation starts with what each person does well, how they like to work, and where they want to go. *What We Offer* * Access to an established team, shared resources, and a supportive working environment * Collaboration with colleagues who are invested in commercial growth * A variety of commercial assignments across the GTA * The freedom to trade and target clients without legacy restrictions * A culture that values initiative, independent thinking, and a strong work ethic * The chance to help shape the direction of the commercial side of the business We do not believe in one-size-fits-all arrangements. The structure and opportunity can be discussed based on experience, goals, and mutual fit. *Who We Are Looking For* * Registered as a real estate salesperson or broker in Ontario with meaningful commercial experience * Working knowledge of the GTA commercial market, particularly investment properties * Established client relationships, an active network, or a track record of generating personal business * A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building something with a team * Professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach * An entrepreneurial outlook and a long-term view of a career A large book of business is not required, but candidates should have the experience and credibility to contribute from the start. *Why Join the Team* K2 Commercial Group is a growing team that values long-term relationships, with clients and with each other. We do not do politics. We are not looking for someone to slot into a role. We want someone who brings their own perspective and ambition and wants to see what is possible when strengths are combined. *How to Apply* Interested candidates can send a brief introduction and resume or professional background to iwilson@royallepage.ca . All inquiries are handled confidentially, and an informal conversation is a welcome starting point. Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Experience: * Commercial Real Estate : 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Real Estate License (RECO) (required) Work Location: In person
