About the Role:
Hims & Hers is looking for a Warehouse Lead to help power our pharmacy fulfillment operations in Ontario. You'll oversee the day-to-day flow of prescription and over-the-counter product through our facility - receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping - while making sure everything meets Health Canada and Ontario pharmacy regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and cares about getting orders right for real customers.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm
You Will:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical and personal care products
Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, and quality assurance teams on inbound shipments, replenishment, and product holds/recalls
You Have:
