Original job description

Company Overview

We are a growth-driven B2B sales organization representing the largest e-commerce platform in the world, helping businesses modernize the way they purchase essential supplies.

Our team works directly with decision-makers to provide smarter, faster, and more cost-effective procurement solutions. By leveraging a world-class logistics network and an unmatched product catalog, we help companies simplify operations, reduce overhead, and gain purchasing visibility.

What makes us different is execution.

We don’t just offer access to products - we build relationships, create value in every conversation, and deliver measurable results for our clients. Our sales professionals are trained to consult, not just sell - identifying inefficiencies, unlocking savings, and positioning scalable solutions that grow with the business.

We operate in fast-paced markets where performance matters. Our culture is built on:

High standards
Ownership and accountability
Continuous skill development
Performance-based growth opportunities
Commission-based pay structure

By combining elite sales talent with the infrastructure of the world’s most powerful e-commerce platform, we create a competitive advantage for both our clients and our team.

Summary

Join our team as a Sales Representative in Canada, where you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face canvassing with local business owners and decision-makers
Present and explain business supply solutions in a clear, structured manner
Build rapport and establish professional relationships with clients
Identify client needs and position appropriate purchasing solutions
Track daily activity, conversations, and performance metrics
Maintain territory organization and follow compliance guidelines
Participate in daily training sessions, skill development workshops, and team meetings
Work toward weekly performance targets and advancement benchmarks
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required (training provided)
Strong communication skills or willingness to develop them
Coachable and open to feedback
Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
Comfortable speaking with business professionals
High level of professionalism and personal accountability
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
