Here's what you'll get from us:

High earning potential, growth and competitive Daily Minimum for peace of mind.

No overhead - we provide all of your equipment, marketing, systems and staffing.
Supportive group of OD's (over 50) and Store Team members who make every day enjoyable.
Growth and development opportunities within and outside of Optometry. Annual leadership conference with Store Managers and Leadership Team.
Community, flexibility and work-life balance.

Join a team that genuinely cares about helping people and growing together.

Our mission is to deliver world-class eye care without compromise.

Our Core Values:

a. Constantly Improve - we set big goals and take initiative to improve Bailey Nelson and the customer experience. b. Down to Earth - we are comfortable being ourselves and create places where people want to be - through our warmth, humility, confidence, and respectfulness. c.
