Title: Operations Coordinator, Roofing & Waterproofing
Location: Connie, Greater Toronto Area
Company: Triumph Group of Companies
How Your Role Contributes to the Business
The Operations Coordinator, Roofing & Waterproofing is the person who keeps the division's information flowing
and its reporting sharp. You report directly to the VP and work every day with project managers, site supervisors,
field operations managers and Finance, pulling updates from the field, checking that the numbers make sense and
turning them into reports and dashboards leadership can act on. This is an office role with occasional site visits. not
a field coordination job, and you wont own project outcomes; you make it easier for the people who do. Good work
here means the weekly report goes out on time and nobody has to question the data in it. It also means you chase
a missing update until it's closed, fix the reason a number keeps coming in wrong instead of patching it every week.
and say so early when something slips. The VP should spend less time hunting for information, and the PMs and
