Original job description

In-Home Sales Closer – HVAC | 100% Commission | GTA Region About the Role

We are looking for elite in-home closers who know how to turn warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts - on the first visit. Our sales team handles all lead generation and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: presenting, overcoming objections, and closing.

If you are a high-performance sales professional who thrives in a commission-only environment and refuses to walk away without a deal, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Attend pre-set, in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners within your region
Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals on the first visit
Clearly communicate product options, pricing, available incentives, and financing
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Submit signed agreements and required documentation for processing

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (in-home closing strongly preferred)
Background in related industries - solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement - also considered
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Experience with CRM platforms or digital contract tools is an asset

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role with no earnings cap and unlimited income potential.

10% commission on net sale value per closed deal
Top closers are earning $150,000–$250,000+ per year
The more you close, the more you earn - it's that simple

Why Join Us

Pre-qualified leads provided - this is not a prospecting or cold-calling role
In-home assessments completed for you - no administrative burden
Appointments set by our sales team - you show up ready to close
Hands-on onboarding and in-office training and support
Fast-growing demand for HVAC and energy-efficient home solutions
Collaborative team with a strong product offering and a performance-first culture
