Evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes, systems, and internal controls, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Support special projects and other finance initiatives as required.

CPA designation.
Several years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, or a related finance role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting principles.
Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join

This role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience across financial reporting, technical accounting, and business partnering while contributing to initiatives that strengthen the finance function. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, influence key financial decisions, and play an active role in improving reporting, planning, and financial processes.
